Hiring!!! Field Service, Diesel, Truck & Equipment Technicians-Aberdeen

Technicians

TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is a growing company representing Volvo Construction Equipment and other Heavy Equipment Lines to support the Construction and Agriculture Industry. Due to growth we are currently looking to hire Field, Truck, Diesel & Equipment Technicians.

Technicians must be able to:

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment, including but not limited to machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems;
  • Carrying out necessary repairs and conducting more complex repairs to ensure proper functioning;
  • Troubleshooting and analyzing issues reported by drivers or operators, and providing effect solutions to address the problems;
  • Respond promptly to customer needs in a positive, supportive and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed;
  • Communicate job progress to supervisor and customer as needed;
  • Complete service reports, order parts and maintain clear customer records;
  • Field Technicians will be going out to service calls.

Qualifications:

  • Two year technical degree and/or equivalent job experience in any of the above fields.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, transmissions, undercarriage, track systems and components, pneumatic, electrical and fuel systems.
  • Previous experience working on Volvo equipment is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent diagnostic and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Computer, written and verbal communication skills.
